Our Crater wrestling team once again left their mark on the State wrestling tournament this past weekend in Portland!
Senior Logan Meek completed an unbeaten season with his third State Championship win. He is the second wrestler in school history to earn three State crowns. Seniors Zeth Brower and Beau Crawford won their first State Championship titles.
Junior Tanner Ulrey took 3rd, Senior Dallas Howard took 4th and Junior Angel Diaz took 6th.
Our Crater wrestling team walked away with a third straight State trophy, taking second place overall.

Boys High School Coach of the Year for the state of Oregon for the 2017 Cross Country season!!!!!
This honor is based upon the performance of the Crater High School team through the 2017 season and is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of the student athletes, the coaching staff and the administration of the school.

Crater High School is excited to have two Division 1 signings this Wednesday, Nov 8, at 4:00 pm in the Crater gym lobby. It is very rare that we have two athletes sign with Pac-12 schools at the same time.
Andy Monroe will be signing a letter of intent with Stanford University on a Cross Country scholarship!
Logan Meek will be signing a letter of intent with Oregon State University on a Wrestling scholarship!

Congratulations to our team on their second straight 5A State Championship title win this past weekend in Eugene. Andy Monroe’s epic 1st place finish and time of 15:19 was the fifth fastest time for all classifications on this course! Also turning in very impressive runs for our boys team was Derek Tripp in 3rd with a time of 15:31 and Jantz Tostenson in 4th also with a time of 15:31.
Congratulations also to our Crater Girls Cross Country team who excelled and turned in a 3rd place finish, and to Ariana Marks on her 7th place time.
We are so proud of all our runners!!!!!
